Hotel rooms are always difficult to source in Moscow and for the 2009 wire/Tube Russia exhibition at the Krasnaya Presnya Expo Center from 12-15 May visitors will have to compete with Eurovision Song Contest entourages and fans for accommodation. Many hotels are heavily booked and flights are also quite full. Very Important Message Regarding Wire/Tube Russia 2009, Moscow 12-15 May
The International Wire & Machinery Association (IWMA) and sister organisation the International Tube Association (ITA) are respectively international sponsors of wire/Tube Russia 2009, which will be held at the Krasnaya Presnaya Expo Centr in Moscow from 12-15 May next year.
There are a number of competing events in Moscow during that week including the Eurovision Song Contest. As a result hotel accommodation is becoming extremely difficult to find, far more so than in previous years. Hotels used by the IWMA and ITA for its staff and exhibitor groups are not available and the travel company used by the associations has so far been unable to find any accommodation for them.
Therefore we urge anyone intending to exhibit at or visit the exhibitions to try to secure hotel rooms now. The IWMA and ITA has found a few rooms for its own needs after extensive searches on the Internet but in their opinion the situation will become impossible very soon.

Special CAVIAR exhibitor packages for wire Russia 2009
Once again the IWMA are offering their popular Caviar exhibitor packages for the concurrent wire/Tube Russia 2009 exhibitions that will take place from 12-15 May next year at the well appointed Krasnaya Presnaya Exo Centr in Moscow.
The wire Russia 2009 exhibition will be located in the Forum hall and Tube Russia 2009 will be in hall 3 and part of hall 7. Caviar packages are designed to make exhibiting in Moscow as stress free as possible.
