The IWMA reaches a milestone in 2010 when it celebrates its 40th anniversary. To mark the occasion the Executive Board has decided to make a special offer to all members and new applicant members.

Member organisations who renew on their usual date in 2009 will receive two years’ membership for the cost of one year. This offer applies whether the renewal date is January 2009 or December 2009 or any month in between.

Similarly, any organisations applying to join the IWMA in any month during 2009 will be given two years’ membership for the price of one year.

In such testing economic times the IWMA is pleased to provide members with this special anniversary benefit.

Co-organisers Messe Dusseldorf have advised the ITA and IWMA on Thursday 5 June that the next Tekno/Tube Arabia exhibition in Dubai will now start one day earlier than previously announced and will run from 10 to 13 January 2009 inclusive.

The ITA and IWMA are again offering "Oasis" exhibitor packages in prime locations for the event as well as special hotel rates at the very conveniently situated Novotel Hotel on the Dubai World Trade Centre site (subject to availability). Please contact the ITA/IWMA Secretariat as soon as possible should you wish to take an Oasis package because earlier indications are that the exhibition will be very heavily booked.

Some support UKTI funding is available to qualifying UK exhibitors on a first come first served basis.
