Prices held and members’ FREE ticket entitlement increased for IWMA’s 40th Anniversary Dinner at wire Düsseldorf 2010

The prestigious IWMA Reception & Gala Dinner at wire 2010 will take place in the Süd Room 2 in the Congress Centre at Messe Düsseldorf, on Tuesday 13th April 2010. The 2010 reception will start from 18.00 hours, enabling guests to come directly from the exhibition floor. Business attire will therefore be the dress code for the evening. The earlier finish, at approximately 21:00 hours, will still give guests the opportunity to meet up with friends in the Altstadt for a late beer!

This very special anniversary event will be marked by a four-course dinner with wines and a pre-dinner cocktail reception.  The dinner will be substantially subsidised from IWMA funds and member companies will now be able to book two free tickets plus up to 2 additional tickets at €45 per person (Price held from 2006!).

Ticket applications will be accommodated on a first come first served basis and members are invited to book before 26th February 2010 at the latest, using the attached booking form. If there are any tickets available after this date, those applicants who have indicated on their booking forms that they would like additional tickets will be notified of any availability on a pro-rata basis, according to date of receipt of the original application at this office. Please note that only member representatives and guests who have pre-booked using the official form can be admitted to the event, even if the member company is only using its free entitlement.

The programme timetable for this gala evening is printed on the reverse side of the ticket application form.  Member companies will be issued with an invoice for any tickets additional to the two free of charge entitlement and all invoices must be paid before 19th March 2010.  Invoices not paid by this date will cause the cancellation of the tickets applied for and those tickets will then be issued to members who have been wait-listed for additional tickets.
