39th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
& MEET-THE-INDUSTRY LUNCHEON

You are notified that the 39th Annual General Meeting of the International Wire & Machinery Association will be held at the Mere Golf & Country Club, Mere, Knutsford, Cheshire, UK, at 11:00hrs on the above date.

All members are eligible to attend this meeting and vote, providing that their 2009 annual membership subscriptions have been paid by the date of the meeting. This AGM immediately precedes the “MEET-THE-INDUSTRY LUNCHEON”, where up to 200 wire and cable producers from the UK and other countries take luncheon as guests of the IWMA.

Election of Executive Committee

It is important that you complete and return the Nomination for Election form supplied with this letter by the due date.  A list of Officers and current members of the Executive Committee is appended.  (All are eligible for re-election.)
