2010 MEET-THE-INDUSTRY LUNCHEON

Following the 39th Annual General Meeting of the International Wire & Machinery Association, members will again have the opportunity to invite their guests to the traditionally successful Meet-the-Industry Luncheon.

You are therefore requested to complete and return the Ticket Application Form enclosed as soon as possible, but no later than 11th January 2010.  In accordance with your application, tickets will be sent to you for onward mailing to your guests.  Full details of how to get to the club are printed on the reverse side of each ticket.

Because of the popularity of this event, we recommend the earliest possible registration. Allocation of tickets will be on a first come, first served basis.

At this Industry Luncheon, all guests and members will have table places identified so as to sit with their guests.  Table numbers allocated will be printed on the guest list distributed immediately prior to the Luncheon.

As part of the IWMA’s 40th year celebrations during 2010, the Executive Committee has approved for each member to be able to book a table to entertain up to ten guests.  The cost will be at the same price as last year i.e. £120 + VAT. The proceeds from all the invoices will then be donated in equal amounts between a number of charities.  The charities will be chosen by the Executive Committee at a meeting on 26th November 2009.

The Executive Committee has approved the subsidy of the luncheon to include pre-lunch drinks, with a cash bar for drinks following the luncheon.

No more than 10 guest registrations (including member representatives) from each company will be accepted.

Only paid up members of the IWMA will qualify for attendance and inviting guests.  Should you have any questions concerning arrangements for this event, please do not hesitate to contact me.
