IWMA Annual Golf Tournament

IWMA ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT – LYTHAM ST ANNES, UK

Your company is once again invited to take part in the Annual IWMA Golf Tournament.  As only a limited number of members and their guests can be accommodated, you are recommended to complete and return the attached registration form as soon as possible.

Registrations will be accepted on a strictly first come, first served basis. No registrations can be accepted after 7 May 2010.  Prices are held to the same as in 2008 & 2009.

Kindly ensure that all members and guests’ names included on the application form show their current golf handicap. You are also reminded that players will tee-off in threes, and where players exceed that number on the registration form, we shall endeavour to include them in a preceding or following group.

Members and guests playing golf will be given priority allocation at the Golf Dinner. Members and their guests booking dinner only will be confirmed according to space availability.

At the time of confirming your Golf/Dinner/Hotel registration, you will be sent your hotel confirmation, if applicable, together with joining instructions. I would remind all members that it is their responsibility to advise their guests of all arrangements for the tournament, club rules and hotel arrangements.

Prizes will be awarded for the highest points scored, in addition to a “Longest Drive” competition and “Nearest the Pin”.  If your company would like to sponsor a prize, please advise your Golf Prize donation on the attached form as soon as possible so that we may adequately publicise your support.  We urge all host organisations or individuals to donate prizes for the event.

The dinner will once again be held at the Glendower Hotel.
