40TH ANNIVERSARY IN STYLE AT THE
2010 MEMBERS’ DINNER DANCE

The IWMA is pleased to advise that as part of our 40th anniversary celebrations the Executive Board has decided to keep the same subsidised prices as in 2008 & 2009, despite cost increases for this year.

Ticket prices remain at £200 for 2 people plus VAT (member representative and partner) or £390 plus VAT for 4 people, to include the dinner dance, shared overnight double or twin accommodation and full English breakfast on Saturday 27th November 2010.  Further places may be reserved according to the prices shown on the enclosed form.

Why not extend your stay for a second night on Saturday 27th November with accommodation and full English breakfast at a very special rate of £121 plus VAT per member representative and partner or £232 plus VAT for 4 people and enjoy a tremendous value weekend in London at one of its top five star hotels?

After a very special anniversary meal guests can dance the night away to Flyin’ Hi, who will provide music and entertainment for all tastes.

The closing date for bookings is Friday 3rd September 2010. No cancellations can be accepted after this date, but substitute names will be permitted and no refunds will be made for cancellations received after 3rd September. Please return the booking form by fax or post as soon as possible. Confirmation of booking, together with hotel details and directions, as well as an appropriate invoice, will be sent to all registrants.

Early Bird Discount – we offer an early bird discount of 10% for any booking received and paid for by 30th July 2010. This discount only applies for the Dinner & Dance and accommodation on Friday 26th November 2010 and the rates for this are included on the booking form.
