ENJOY A STYLISH WEEKEND IN LONDON AT
THE IWMA 2011 DINNER DANCE

We are pleased to enclose a booking form for the 2011 IWMA Dinner Dance Weekend. The IWMA has maintained the same heavily subsidised prices since 2008 but there are increases for 2011.

A combination of factors has forced us to review prices this year. Apart from inflationary costs over four years, the introduction last year of the TOMS regulation regarding hotel accommodation for this type of event means the IWMA cannot recover the VAT on this element of the package and of course the tax rate is now set at 20%.  The Royal Garden Hotel has increased its prices to some degree but informs us that all rooms, which are now designated “Contemporary” have been substantially renovated.

At a recent Executive Board meeting it was universally acknowledged that the 2010 event set a new standard for the event and the Secretariat was requested to maintain this for 2011.  For a long weekend in a hotel of this quality and location the new prices, again heavily subsidised, still represent good value and generous reductions are offered for early bird bookings.

The closing date for bookings is Friday 2nd September 2011. No cancellations can be accepted after this date, but substitute names will be permitted and no refunds will be made for cancellations received after 2nd September.

Please return the booking form by fax or post as soon as possible. Confirmation of booking, together with hotel details and directions, as well as an appropriate invoice, will be sent to all registrants.

Early Bird Discount – we offer an early bird discount for any booking received and paid for by 29th July 2011.This discount only applies for the Dinner & Dance and accommodation on Friday 25th November 2011 and the rates for this are included on the booking form.
